Kinder Bueno Traybake

Pair with some vanilla ice-cream

Ingredients:
275g all purpose flour
115g unsalted butter (soft)
55g granulated sugar
135g brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 eggs
250g kinder chocolate
200g kinder bueno


Method:
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 190˚C and prepare your baking tin (I used 20x20) by buttering it slightly and placing a baking sheet within.

Step 2: Next, in a large bowl and using an electric whisk or stand mixer beat the butter and both the granulated sugar and the brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and whisk again until combined.

Step 3: Next, add the flour, bicarbonate soda, salt and cornflour into the mix and again combine until fully incorporated and a cookie dough has formed.

Step 4: Add in the chopped kinder bars and kinder bueno and fold through using a wooden spoon.

Step 5: Add the mixture into the baking tin and you can top it with any left over kinder bars/buenos if you wish.

Step 6: Bake for 20 minutes, once you remove from the oven allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool fully.

Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
